Terms of Service
Last updated: May 8, 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the R6 Replay Analyzer platform ("Service"). The Service is operated by Patrick Wegner ("we", "us", or "our"), located at Am Campus 2, 48565 Steinfurt, Germany.
By creating an account, accepting an invitation, uploading replay files, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. What the Service Does
R6 Replay Analyzer helps teams and users upload, parse, and analyze Rainbow Six Siege replay files. The Service is live and continues to evolve, so features, limits, and supported file formats may change over time.
We aim to provide useful and accurate analysis, but replay parsing can be affected by game updates, incomplete files, corrupted uploads, and technical limitations. Analysis results should be treated as informational and may contain errors.
3. Accounts and Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
The Service is intended for users who are legally old enough to play Rainbow Six Siege in their jurisdiction and to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a team, organization, or company, you confirm that you have authority to do so.
4. Match Privacy and Visibility
We treat match visibility as a core part of the Service. The following rules apply unless we agree something different with you in writing.
4.1 Private Team Matches
Private team matches, scrims, practice sessions, internal reviews, and non-public uploads are private to the uploading user, team, workspace, or other users you authorize inside the Service.
We will not publish, sell, disclose, or make available private match-specific data, replay files, analysis, strategies, player statistics, or match outcomes to other teams, public users, or unauthorized third parties.
Limited operational access may occur where necessary to provide support, maintain security, debug technical issues, prevent abuse, comply with law, or operate the Service. Access is limited to the purpose that requires it.
4.2 Official and Public Matches
Official, tournament, broadcast, publicly available, or otherwise public match data may be used for public analysis features, aggregated statistics, research, model improvement, product development, and public-facing insights.
If a match is subject to separate tournament rules, licensing terms, or a written agreement, those rules may further limit how the match data is used.
4.3 Ranked Matches
The Service is not intended to analyze ranked matchmaking games. Ranked matches are excluded from public analytics and public model-training datasets where we can identify them, and we may reject or remove ranked replay uploads.
5. Replay Files and Data Rights
5.1 You Keep Your Rights
You retain the rights you have in replay files and match data you upload. These Terms do not require you to waive ownership of your uploads.
5.2 Limited License to Provide the Service
When you upload a replay file, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, parse, analyze, display, secure, back up, and transmit that file and derived match data as needed to provide the Service to you and your authorized users.
This license also allows us to maintain, troubleshoot, protect, and improve the Service in ways that are consistent with the privacy commitments in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
5.3 Machine Learning and Service Improvement
We may use replay-derived data to train, evaluate, and improve machine-learning models, parsing logic, statistics, detection systems, reliability, and product quality.
For private team matches, this use is limited to anonymized or de-identified derived data. We remove or transform direct identifiers such as account IDs, uploader information, team names, player names, private match IDs, file names, and metadata that is not needed for improvement. We do not use private match data in a way designed to expose a team's specific strategy, performance, match history, or private analysis to other users.
Model outputs are not intended to reveal private match contents to other customers. Other teams do not receive access to your private replays, private match analysis, or private team-specific insights through model-training use.
We do not provide raw private replay files or private match datasets to third-party model providers for their own model training unless this is covered by a separate written agreement or a clearly disclosed policy update.
5.4 Aggregated and Anonymized Insights
We may create aggregated or anonymized statistics for service improvement, public reporting, and product development. Private team matches will not be presented in a way that reasonably identifies a team, player, account, private match, or private strategy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful purposes
- Upload malware, harmful code, corrupted files intended to disrupt the Service, or files you do not have the right to upload
- Attempt to access accounts, private matches, systems, or data without authorization
- Interfere with the stability, security, rate limits, or normal operation of the Service
- Impersonate another person, team, organization, or company
- Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm other users
7. Public Data, Scraping, and Competitive Use
Public pages may be viewed through the normal Service interface. Search engines may crawl public marketing, roadmap, pricing, tournament overview, and similar informational pages where our robots.txt policy allows it.
You may not use bots, scrapers, automated extraction, direct endpoint calls, non-public APIs, or similar tools to bulk-download, copy, harvest, resell, or republish Service data without our written permission.
You may not build a competing database, analytics product, scouting product, or commercial dataset by extracting data from the Service unless we have expressly authorized that use in writing.
Public match detail pages, authenticated match pages, and Service endpoints are not offered as a public API or bulk data feed. You may not bypass authentication, access controls, rate limits, robots.txt, security measures, or other technical protections. If you need an integration, export, research access, or commercial data license, contact us at contact@r6-replay.com.
8. Security Research
If you discover a security issue, please report it privately to contact@r6-replay.com. Good-faith security research will not be treated as a Terms violation when you:
- Do not access, modify, delete, or exfiltrate other users' data
- Do not disrupt, degrade, or damage the Service
- Report the issue promptly and privately
- Give us a reasonable opportunity to investigate and address the issue before disclosure
9. Payments and Plans
The Service may include free and paid plans. Pricing, subscriptions, storage limits, usage limits, and premium features may change over time.
If a material pricing or plan change affects you, we will provide notice before the change takes effect where required by law or contract. Refunds, cancellations, payment disputes, and chargebacks are handled according to applicable law, payment network rules, and any checkout terms shown to you at purchase.
10. Service Changes and Availability
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where needed to improve the Service, respond to game updates, address security issues, manage costs, comply with law, or support the product's long-term operation.
We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent data storage, compatibility with every replay file, or continued availability of every feature.
11. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, software, parsing logic, algorithms, branding, and original content, is owned by Patrick Wegner or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as permitted by law or expressly authorized by us.
Third-party trademarks: Rainbow Six Siege is a trademark of Ubisoft Entertainment. The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Ubisoft Entertainment. Game-related trademarks and content belong to their respective owners.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is involved in a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, abuse, security risk, unauthorized data access, legal risk, or conduct that harms the Service or other users.
Where practical and appropriate, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue. For serious abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or unauthorized access, we may act immediately.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and delete personal data. It also describes how analytics and anonymized or de-identified replay-derived data are used for service improvement and machine-learning development.
14. Disclaimers and Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, secure from every possible threat, or compatible with future game updates.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, service interruptions, or inaccurate analysis results.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or mandatory data-protection obligations.
15. Your Responsibility for Claims
If your unlawful use of the Service, unauthorized upload, violation of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms causes a third-party claim against us, you are responsible for the resulting losses, costs, and reasonable legal expenses to the extent permitted by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes, such as by email or a prominent notice in the Service.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you should stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence remain available to you.
Before filing a formal claim, we encourage you to contact us at contact@r6-replay.com so we can try to resolve the issue informally.
EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
18. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional written terms that apply to a paid plan, tournament, or integration, form the agreement between you and us for use of the Service.
